Cracks in the veneer are at eye level & very visible. Tom told us not to look at them. We have sent emails & pictures with no response. Tom told us to pay the balance due and then he would consider replacing the veneer and charge us for the work. We asked to have a manufacturer's rep take a look at the veneer. It's possible it's defective material. Again no response from NuLook's owners. We believe the issues were caused by inferior material and poor workmanship. In addition, Tom's installer damaged a drawer front when adjusting the drawer but didn't advise us of the damage (chipped drawer face). The installer chipped veneer & the veneer cracked when he was installing it. We should not have to pay for new veneer or the work to repair it. Some of the repairs made are worse than the llamativo problem. On Feb 22, two emails including pictures of the veneer used were sent to NuLook. A third email was sent on 2/22 to NuLook indicating that while we want to resolve the matter, we feel that they haven't addressed the problems and that suggesting we overlook the chips, cracks, bowed veneer and rough, unfinished areas is not acceptable. Campeón I write this complaint, NuLook has not responded to any emails either by phone or email.
